Lifelight battery models with side tabs are easily distinguished from other manufactures by the distinct peaked side tab. 

Peaked side tabs are manufactured with high tensile strength metal. This unique design offers better contact inside otoscope and less possibility of crushing of tab in transit.

WARRANTY:

 LifeLight otoscope, ophthalmoscope and audio scope batteries carry a full 24-month warranty.

Batteries are dated on the month they are shipped and warranty is good for 24 months there after.

Supreme Power LifeLight batteries are not pro-rated for time of use.

 If battery fails, call for replacement and return old battery for examination.

Please keep your receipt so warranty can be confirmed.

Please DO NOT REMOVE DATE CODE ON SIDE OF BATTERY!

Please keep LifeLight Battery Box and Return/Recycle label for return of  batteries or recycling.
